RESERVATIONS AT THE COW

The sustainability of The Cow depends on your honoured reservations. We entrust our patrons to be respectful and responsible in their commitment to our establishment, and follow our reservation and cancellation policy outlined.

Reservations are firmly for the enjoyment of dining in our upstairs Dining Room or downstairs Saloon Bar. Credit card details are required to secure your booking. Regrettably, we will not be accepting table reservations for drinking-only guests.

Credit card details will not be used to proceed with a payment, other than in the event of your party not honouring the reservation wholly and the cancellation of less than 24 hours in advance of your reservation time; on these occasions, we will apply a £50/person cancellation fee.

All cancellations and amendments must be confirmed by email to reservations@thecowlondon.com or by selecting the ‘cancel reservation’ or ‘modify’ options in your original confirmation email no later than 24 hours prior to your reservation time. Cancellations exceeding the 24-hour notice period will not be reinstated for a future date.

While we are compassionate about our patrons experiencing unforeseen circumstances, your responsibilities agreed upon your reservation with regard to the cancellation fee remains.

We will hold your table for a grace period of 15mins. Please note that this grace period contributes towards minimising your dining duration guidance.

Our dining spaces are cosy, and whilst we refrain from placing time restrictions, please be mindful that during busy periods we may need your table back to accommodate other patrons. As a guide, your reservation will accompany these durations:

1 to 3 people are for 1 hrs 45 minutes
4 to 5 people are for 2 hrs
6 to 8 people are for 2hrs 30mins

Our largest table is for 8 guests and we are unable to split groups across multiple tables. If you wish to bring a larger group, contact reservations to discuss your arrangements; alternatively, we delightfully offer Private Dining.

Children are not permitted in the Saloon Bar at any time. Due to the narrow and cosy dimensions of The Cow, we struggle to accommodate prams, pushchairs, strollers and buggies, and the presence of them in our spaces can create safety hazards.

Dogs are not permitted in our upstairs Dining Room or at the rear of the downstairs Saloon Bar. Well–behaved dogs on leads are permitted at the front of the Saloon Bar until 6pm.

If you are experiencing difficulty in securing your preferred booking time and/or group, make your arrangements by calling our reservations team on 020 7221 0021 or by email at reservations@thecowlondon.com
